At MyPloti, we follow a structured and transparent process to ensure smooth, professional, and high-quality project delivery.

Initial Consultation
We meet with the client to discuss: Your vision and expectations Budget range Preferred house size and style Timeline This helps us understand exactly what you want before we proceed.

Commitment Fee – KES 100,000
The client pays a commitment fee of KES 100,000 to enable: Architectural design work Structural & engineering input Preliminary planning This allows our design team to officially begin the project.

Site Visit & Survey
Our technical team conducts a detailed site assessment including: Beacon re-establishment Exact land measurements Topographical survey Geological soil investigation (soil analysis) This ensures the foundation and structural design are safe and suitable for your specific land.

Material Testing
We conduct material testing from local quarries to: Ensure quality aggregates Confirm structural strength requirements Maintain durability standards Quality control starts before construction begins.

Design & Government Approval
Once the client approves the house design: The architect forwards drawings to the County Government for approvals Structural drawings are submitted for compliance review Necessary permits are obtained Construction only proceeds after approvals are granted.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Contract Agreement
We: Develop a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Discuss costs transparently with the client Agree on scope, timelines, and payment schedule Draft and sign a formal construction contract This protects both the client and MyPloti.es.

Initial Payment & Construction Begins
After contract signing: The client makes the agreed initial payment Site mobilization begins Construction work officially starts We maintain regular updates and supervision throughout the project.
