1. Site Visit

Every successful project begins with a thorough understanding of the site. We conduct land, topographical, and geotechnical surveys, along with mechanical and electrical assessments. This foundational step ensures the land is ready for structural design and construction.

2. Architectural Design

Our architects and engineers collaborate to develop approved structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior designs that reflect your vision. Each design is crafted to balance functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal, resulting in a home that truly embodies your aspirations.

3. Interior Design

We refine the interior concept to create elegant, comfortable, and purposeful spaces. Our team ensures that interior finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems align with the architectural vision and your lifestyle preferences.

4. Government Approval

Compliance and accountability are at the core of our process. We manage all regulatory submissions and approvals on your behalf coordinating with county authorities, NEMA, and NCA to ensure your project adheres to all legal and environmental standards.

5. Bill of Quantity Development

Following approval, we prepare a detailed Bill of Quantity (BQ) that itemizes materials, costs, and timelines. This document serves as a transparent financial guide, ensuring clarity before construction begins.

6. Bill of Quantity Approval

The BQ is reviewed with you for discussion and approval. This step ensures all stakeholders are aligned on scope, cost, and quality expectations before the commencement of construction.

7. Construction Agreement

Once the designs and BQ are approved, a formal construction agreement is drafted. This contract outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms setting clear expectations for a smooth and professional partnership.

8. Project Financing & Mobilization (30%)

To initiate the project, a 30% payment is required as per the agreement. The remaining balance is structured according to project milestones, allowing for flexible and transparent financial management.

9. Project Completion & Handover

Upon completion, we hand over the project for occupation. Any defects identified during the liability period are promptly addressed, ensuring the final handover meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
